Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this website or engaging Mid-South Road Service for any truck or trailer repair, mobile diesel mechanic, DOT inspection, diagnostic, or welding services. By accessing our website or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Availability
Services are available across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Service availability in specific areas may vary based on truck availability and conditions. We reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our service zone or in circumstances where service cannot be safely or appropriately performed.
Dispatch and Response
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch to your location as promptly as possible and to honor ETAs communicated at the time of booking. In the event of unforeseen circumstances — such as severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, or unusually high call volume — we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated ETA.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Mid-South Road Service are estimates based on the information you provide (service type, truck or trailer details, location, and the described issue). Final pricing may vary if additional circumstances are discovered upon arrival — such as additional parts or labor required, problems beyond the original complaint, or conditions that differ materially from what was described.
We will inform you of any price changes before performing the work. You are under no obligation to proceed if pricing changes are unacceptable to you. Upfront pricing is confirmed before we begin any work.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and successful service call, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your location, your truck or trailer (year, make, model, engine, condition), and the nature of the issue
- Remain with or accessible at the vehicle location until our technician arrives, or notify us if you must leave
- Ensure the truck or trailer is accessible and that our technician can safely approach the service location
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our technician, including staying clear of traffic on interstate or highway shoulders
- Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or if conditions at your location change before our arrival
- Disclose the engine and make so we can bring the appropriate parts and equipment
Mid-South Road Service is not responsible for delays or complications arising from inaccurate location, vehicle, or issue information provided by the customer.
5. Vehicle & Equipment Condition
By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the truck, trailer, or equipment, or are authorized by the owner to arrange for repair. You agree that Mid-South Road Service may perform the requested work.
We take reasonable care in performing all work. However, Mid-South Road Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical conditions present before service. Our technicians will note any visible pre-existing damage before beginning work where practical.
Diesel trucks and trailers can have multiple related faults. Diagnosing and repairing one issue does not guarantee that unrelated problems will not arise, and we are not responsible for separate failures that occur before, during, or after a service call.
6. Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major forms of payment as communicated by our team at the time of service. Pricing is confirmed upfront before work begins. Invoices for completed service are available upon request.
In the event of a disputed charge or payment, please contact us directly at 931-933-0000 within a reasonable time frame and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mid-South Road Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of this website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, downtime, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
