Do you do DOT inspections on-site?

Yes. We perform annual DOT and fleet inspections on-site across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky — at your yard, terminal, or wherever your trucks are parked.

What does a DOT annual inspection cover?

The full FMCSA checklist — brakes and air systems, steering and suspension, frame and coupling, lights and electrical, wheels and hubs, and cab safety equipment.

Are you available nights, weekends, and holidays?

Yes. Mid-South Road Service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Can you inspect a whole fleet?

Yes. We schedule fleet inspections and can knock out multiple trucks at your location to keep your operation compliant.

What happens if my truck fails the inspection?

We can repair most fail items on-site so you pass the same visit — the one thing we do not handle is tires.

Do you do tires?

No — tires are the one thing we don't handle. For everything else on a truck or trailer, we're your one call.
